Michael’s practice also extends to liquor licensing and sports law including Racing and Gaming Tribunals, inquiries and appeals.

The civil and commercial litigation division is led by Bruce Grubb and Luke Hager, who are litigation specialists. They regularly act in all areas of civil and commercial litigation, inclusive of all: corporate; employment; asset freezing and DPP/AFP property confiscation applications and also defamation claims. Bruce and Luke regularly appear as Counsel in all Courts and Tribunals in Western Australia.

The commercial and property division is led by Rod Hager who is one of Western Australia’s most experienced commercial lawyers. Rod’s commercial practice incorporates real estate and property law, advice on transaction structuring, subdivisions, sales contracts and conveyancing.  Rod also advises on stamp duty, income tax, business transactions and probate.
